The Apple iPhone is again taking the world by storm. Companies like Qualcomm are getting taken up a bit on this high profile 3G device. Its a great gadget for all the things it can do.

Yet, the iPhone can't upload videos and the keyboard keeps me from extensive emailing. Not to mention the battery life makes it impossible to really work for any extended period of time.

That's three things I really need when I am in the field.

So right now, the best solution for me is a virtual laptop. Not just any laptop, one that I got from a Tech Travel Agent.

You see, I don't like to lug laptops around. So I have my own personal Tech Travel Agent have one delivered to various locations throughout the US, Canada and the UK.

It only costs me about $99 USD (after exchange rates from British pounds) to get a laptop delivered my hotel or where ever I need it. When I am done, they come and pick it up! How excellent is that!

I keep my stuff on my thumb drive and a backup on my company server back home. That keeps my data safe from laptop thieves.

Yes, until I can do ALL my work with a hand held, I like the Virtual Laptop made possible by my personal Tech Travel Agent.
